People & Culture Business Partner, EMEA - UK Remote

The EMEA P&C Business Partner will be responsible for the development and execution of HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives across the region. You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, talent development, and a positive employee experience across all EMEA locations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the region and champion the WilsonHCG culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle. An influential leader, you will leverage your expertise to advance the HR agenda and enable business success in the EMEA region.**Supervisory Responsibilities:** Develop partnerships with People & Culture shared services teams to optimize HR service delivery, systems, and programs in the region.Embody and promote Wilson's culture, values, and employee experience as a trusted advisor and influencer. Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements related to HR data privacy and security. Perform other duties as assigned to support the achievement of regional business goals. **REQUIREMENTS** 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization or industry in the EMEA region. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Leadership skills to influence and collaborate with all levels of management. Excellent project management, communication, presentation and coaching skills.Experience in staffing/talent acquisition industry a plus.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools such as Workday are highly preferred.Welcome to the Wilson Careers page!
