Job Description

Administer and process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Prepare and update employee documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and promotion letters. Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management. Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6–8 years of experience handling Compensation & Benefits and hands-on payroll processing. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, taxation (PPh 21), BPJS administration, and compensation compliance practices. Experience in salary benchmarking, job grading, and compensation review cycles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines with strong problem-solving skills. Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
