Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiencyand responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require Responsibilities Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency Productivity inprovement and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine process Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Qualifications Min. Diploma in Engineering Field Having experience in same position min. 2 years Strong leadership Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and process Good technical and process analysis Training : IPC-A-610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine Soldering process knowledge Flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting and problem solving, process optimization
