Section Supervisor-Semarang

Responsibilities

Assist store leader in managing assigned sections. Conduct job, sales, and service training for sales staff. Undertake paperwork/administrative duties independently. Able to handle cashier duty and POS terminal. Able to handle opening and closing of the store. Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned section, such as ordering of stocks, maintaining display SOP, and cleanliness of the overall area. Responsible for overall assigned section target. Provide necessary reports to stores on ways to increase assigned section sales. Provide necessary display/operation training to other staff. To carry out any other duties as instructed by the superior occasionally. To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and the Management from time to time. Job Requirements
