Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Samoedera Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is a maximum of 30 years old, holds at least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication), and has experience in Insurance, B2B Sales, FMCG Sales, or related industries. Willing to be placed in North Jakarta. Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and contracts. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar roleespecially in lubricants industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good knowledge of the industry/market (logistics, trading, or related field is a plus). Willing to travel for business meetings or client visits as required.
