Sales Assistant Vice President (Head of Industry - Service & Hospitality) , you will provide strategic leadership to drive industry‑level growth through data‑driven planning and disciplined execution. You will lead and coach multi‑layer sales teams, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. This role is designed for an experienced commercial leader who can turn strategy into execution, foster collaboration, and consistently deliver strong revenue and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute data‑driven annual sales strategies aligned with market trends and revenue objectives.
Lead and enable multi‑layer sales teams to ensure strong execution and target achievement.
Build high‑performing organizations through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive improvements in Healthy AR, approval SLAs, and overall sales governance.
Lead continuous improvement of sales processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Identify and lead strategic industry initiatives to grow revenue pipelines and secure new business.
Provide market, competitor, and performance insights to senior leadership to shape sales direction.
Track, analyze, and report key sales KPIs to ensure performance transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial roles, with strong exposure to Services & Hospitality industries.
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi‑layer sales or account management teams.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and sustainable profitability.
Strong capability in strategic account management and complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations.
Experience developing and executing industry‑focused go‑to‑market strategies, including pricing and margin governance.
Solid financial and commercial acumen in forecasting, pipeline management, and business case evaluation.
Data‑driven, customer‑centric leader with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
