We are looking for a

hands-on Python Developer with strong Odoo experience

to help build, customize, and maintain business-critical ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is

execution-oriented, focused on production systems , and comfortable working closely with

Finance and Operations teams

to deliver real business impact.

What You’ll Do • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules • Build ERP features using Python and Odoo framework • Design and maintain integrations (APIs, EDI, payment gateways, logistics platforms) • Optimize performance (PostgreSQL queries, server performance, Odoo configs) • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and deployments • Partner closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders • Document technical solutions and integrations

Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of Python development experience • 2+ years of hands-on Odoo development (v14+) • Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, XML / QWeb • Experience building custom Odoo modules • Understanding of core Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR) • Git / version control experience • Linux environment experience • English Level C1+

Nice to Have • Odoo.sh or cloud deployment experience • Performance tuning and scaling Odoo environments • JavaScript / OWL / HTML / CSS • CI/CD pipeline exposure • Docker or containerization • ERP implementation or business process automation background • Odoo certification
