Oil Loss Controll Officer (Marunda)

Coordinate and facilitate the improvement of work on the value of the gain / losses of both the acceptance and discharge of oil, PK, PKE, other materials.

Job Description

Perform continuous improvement of performance to achieve determined shrinkage target.

Responsible for the shrinking nilal that occurs and provide a quick and precise response to anticipate the improvement of shrinking nilal for the achievement of corporate goals. Make reports shrink comprehensively and qualified / accurate.

Make a plan of shrink nilal improvement using PDCA cycle method. (Quality, quantity, time).

Conduct audit of system implementation and loading and unloading process procedures.

Conduct regular meetings to discuss loss / gain and improvement plans.

Conduct problem analysis and solution plan to avoid abnormal shrinkage that happened not repeat.

Monitor and control shrinkage values and maintain existing shrinkage values.

Coordinate with all relevant sections in the implementation of improvements and kaizen shrinkage values.

Report shrinkage values and repair plan routinely every month / periodic.

Responsible for achieving respective MPAs.

Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

Implement work discipline.

Ensure smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration.

Maintain and upkeep all assessment of work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.

Address problems involving personnel and operational work in OLC that subordinates cannot solve.

Control implementation of administrative aspects and recording of reports conducted by subordinates.

Create a schedule for maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace and supervise the implementation.

Create and maintain good and harmonious relationships and communication with related parts involved in work activities.

Supervise, assess, develop and motivate subordinates to achieve optimal performance.

Check condition of work equipment and request repairs from the relevant department if abnormalities are found.

Enforce company rules and obligations with awareness aligned with rights received by subordinates.

Maintain full awareness of working discipline.

Report issues related to Food / Feed Safety Management System to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator.

Job Requirement

Min Bachelor Degree in Statistica or equivalent.

Having min 1-2 years of working experience in Oil Loss.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

Good in analytical thinking, detail oriented and multitasking.

Proficient and resilient in processing large amounts of data, with a keen eye for detail and thoroughness.

Mastery of advanced Excel, preferably with an understanding of queries and macros.

Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery.
