Job Description
PT Trax Sumbiri Indo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Export Import Manager to manage and oversee all export–import activities, ensuring smooth international logistics operations and full compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor all export and import activities.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers.
Prepare, review, and control export–import documentation (PIB, PEB, COO, BL, Invoice, Packing List).
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
Handle customs clearance, HS code classification, and duty/tax calculation.
Resolve shipment, documentation, or customs-related issues effectively.
Provide regular reports on export–import activities to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in export–import or international logistics, with managerial exposure.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and export–import procedures.
Experience handling manufacturing or industrial goods is required.
Have PPJK Certification.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Familiar with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is highly preferred.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
