Jr Business Development Manager – Property

Jr Business Development Manager – Property JAC Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Property & Construction sector. As part of their business expansion, our client is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager, focusing on identifying new project opportunities, conducting feasibility and financial analysis, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to bring projects into execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Investment, Property Acquisition, or Project Development, preferably within developers, industrial park, property management or consulting market research.

Strong capability in financial modeling (IRR, NPV, ROI) and property project feasibility studies.

Experience in preparing strategic plans, RKAP, and RJPP.

Solid understanding of property and industrial park regulations, including permitting, zoning, land status, and asset legality.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial Park and Real Estate projects.

Conduct investment and project feasibility analysis, including financial modeling and valuation.

Manage asset acquisition and divestment processes.

Support revenue growth through new project origination and strategic partnerships.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
