Sales Account Executive

BHUMI Skincare is looking for a position of Sales Account Specialist to thrive and excel in our company. The candidate should be an experienced salesperson, who is comfortable and knowledgeable in generating sales leads, affiliate sales, channel acquisitions, sales expansion and sales operating procedures with new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Salary Range: IDR 5,800,000 – IDR 7,000,000 (net) Incentives: Available Up to Rp. 3.000.000 Benefits: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Tax (fully covered by the company) Requirement

Minimum Diploma degree in any major is welcomed to apply Minimum experience of 2 years in Sales/Reseller Management or related field is strictly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy Able to work in a fast-paced working environment Strong communication, negotiation skills and understanding of sales process Experience in managing trend sales Highly motivated and eager to achieve sales leads and meet/exceed sales quota Responsibility

Identify and be responsible for target leads through Partnerships and Business-to-Business Acquiring and maintaining potential affiliate sellers or current existing ones Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners for Resellers, Distributors and Consignments partners Conduct offline and online canvassing to expand local and international sales channels Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes Work with the Sales Team to integrate Sales Plan monthly Managing Resellers and Distributors for sales purposes Participate in sales meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
