Job Description
The Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting top management in planning, coordinating, and executing
company development projects , including business expansion, process improvement, digital transformation, organizational development, and other strategic initiatives. This role acts as a
key liaison between management and cross-functional teams
to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Officer, Business Support, or Business Development Support but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of project management
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus
