Job Description

Funding Officer will focus on seeking funds in the selected area. The scope of work is not only seeking funds but also administrative for funding process, managing funds and maintaining good relationships with customers, both new and existing.

Responsibilities

Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services/product

Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customers' needs

Proactively pursuing self-development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job

Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as providing excellent services to customers

Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors

Requirements

Candidatemust possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any related major

Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience of fundraising at Banking Industry

Having proven experience in building customer loyalty

Own and able to develop personal network customer

Excellent interperson and time management skills
