Job Description
Understand the companyโs core expertise and value proposition in application and software development to explain why it should be chosen as a development partner, and clarify NBS positioning in addressing these needs.
Demonstrate the company services and expertise to potential customers.
Present to potential business commercial requirements to answer the business opportunities and partnerships with new or existing clients.
Actively communicate and keep in touch with the customerโs decision makers to identify new potential business opportunities (sales leads).
Conduct the sales leads screening, select carefully the potential opportunities to be followed up, plan and lead the execution process.
Take a lead role and control the quality of the delivery of a commercial proposal that consists of commercial quotation, BOQ, technical specification, company profile and related latest experience.
The detail coverage of sales control will be: MOM (Minutes of Meeting), involving in anwayzing meeting, read and analyze very carefully of the received RFP document, understand the core scope of work.
Analyzing the potential business opportunities may have based on these point of view of concerns: Risks, Cost or budget, Exposure.
Present the company Profile and Related employed latest experience that relates with the customerโs case.
Compose, draft and assist the development of the negotiation plan.
Detail-eye oriented in dealing with legal paperwork and agreement (PO/SPK) to capture all the concerns.
Responsible to do the commercial negotiation.
Work closely with the division lead or engineering lead, business analyst, product design UI/UX, and C Level to support or advise client needs and deliver proposed potential solutions to clients.
Comprehensively understand the context of the agreement in the form of Change Request (CR), New Development, Managed Service is requested by the client and analyze all the potential risks involved in work whether it has not been agreed or has been agreed.
Work closely with admin, finance, operation, and legal to ensure the smooth process of the paperwork process such as and not limited to contracts, agreements, payment of work, and other required administrative documents.
Continuously monitor, track sales performance, compose weekly reports and evaluate the progress of the AE sales team, and meet regularly with management to discuss & review the sales performance progress.
Explore new frontiers: Continuously seek and identify new business opportunities outside of existing relationships by recognizing gaps and opportunities in the market which can be new additional values or potential opportunities.
Actively collaborate by asking for feedback on ongoing work and progressively inform to BOD.
Obsess to long term relationships with current and potential clients and partners.
Own the responsibility and actively practice the company culture in daily working as a leader and consistently show them to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 Years of working experience in professional sales, preferably in an
software house or IT consultant .
Having working experience with sales techniques and successful case in selling mobile application development, custom application development, digital integration, and solutions to enterprise companies.
Having a successful track record from the entire sales process leads to planning, canvassing, engaging, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Having a successful track, demand for success and hard work to achieve sales targets.
Having a capability and experience to manage a team.
Having good communication in verbal and writing skill.
Having good presentation skill.
Strong knowledge in digital marketing and technology industry and its market in Startup, Government, Private and Enterprise company.
Have a passion, demand for success and hard work to achieve sales targets.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
