Company Description cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Ads Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platforms, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget. Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications Proven experience 2 years working in digital advertising, preferably in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Business Manager. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Ads Specialists. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and industry advancements.
