Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in CNC turning, milling operations, and programming (Auto Lathe/Swiss Lathe experience preferred).

Ability to program and set CNC turning and milling machines (multi‑control experience).

Experience in automotive precision manufacturing/production operations.

Knowledge of IATF 16949‑2016 and related documents such as CP, FMEA, PF, etc.

Good communication skills in English and willingness to work in shifts.

AutoCAD knowledge and CAM programming experience an added advantage.

Knowledge of quality equipment (e.g., CMM, round tester, surface test, microscope, smart scope).
