Your Role in This Journey:
Maintain and update the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, including hardware, software, and license inventories.
Monitor software license usage, compliance status, and renewal schedules.
Ensure alignment with software vendor agreements and corporate license policies.
Collaborate with procurement for new asset acquisition and vendor negotiations.
Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.
Generate reports on asset utilization, license compliance, and lifecycle status for management.
Develop and implement policies for asset tagging, disposal, and replacement cycles.
We are excited to meet:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, License Management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and enterprise license agreements.
Familiarity with IT Asset Management tools and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
It’s Even Better If You Have:
Experience in software license audits and compliance reporting.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially related to ITAM and SAM (Software Asset Management).
Certification such as ITAM, SAM, or ITIL is a plus.
Strong Excel/reporting skills for asset and license tracking.
Proficiency in English and Korean languages.
