Retail Educator (Junior Manager Level)

Job brief Curranly we are hiring for Retail Educator positions for the placement at the biggest FMCG beauty company. This role is responsible for driving retail team capability through structured training and coaching programs. The position ensures the consistent implementation of brand standards, product knowledge, and selling excellence across stores, supporting sales growth and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver training and coaching programs to retail staff to enhance

product knowledge, selling skills, and service excellence

Conduct store visits to monitor training effectiveness and brand standards.

Support onboarding for

new hires, product launches, and retail campaigns .

Analyze training needs based on sales performance and KPIs.

Prepare training reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a

Retail Educator, Hair Educator, Trainer, or Brand Educator , preferably in

professional haircare

Strong knowledge of

beauty products,

haircare products, scalp & hair treatments, and salon/retail education .

Experienced in delivering

product knowledge training, selling techniques, and service excellence

to Beauty Advisors or Salon Consultants.

Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills

Good understanding of

retail sales KPIs and brand standards .

Willing to travel and conduct regular store/salon visits

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Fluent in English is an advantage
