Sales Manager
with a strong network in the manufacturing sector (B2B End Users) to drive direct selling initiatives.
Please note: This role is specifically for direct manufacturing channels, not distributor or retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for the B2B Manufacturing segment.
Business Development:
Identify and open new business opportunities in sectors such as FMCG, F&B, Chemical, Personal Care, and more.
Project Management:
Manage project-based sales and lead the tender process.
Stakeholder Relations:
Build long-term relationships with Procurement, R&D, and Production teams.
Consultative Selling:
Act as a strategic promotional packaging partner, providing solutions based on specific client needs.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
