Job Description
Responsibilities
Verify work schedules for live stream hosts and video talents to ensure they match agreements.
Manage and check attendance records to confirm agreed working hours.
Create invoices based on attendance, duration, and agreed rates.
Calculate payment amounts for each talent based on completed work.
Ensure invoice details are accurate, including names, services, durations, rates, and totals.
Send completed invoices to the finance team for timely processing.
Monitor payment status to ensure they meet agreed timelines.
Follow up on discrepancies between issued invoices and received payments.
Maintain a talent database with personal info, project history, and payment records.
Archive related documents such as contracts, invoices, and payment proof.
Prepare regular reports on invoice and payment statuses for management and finance teams.
Provide data for audit and financial reporting needs.
Support other administrative tasks related to finance and content operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in administration, invoicing, or finance.
Experience in digital media, live streaming, or video production is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting or invoicing tools.
Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Good communication skills for coordination with hosts and teams.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Basic knowledge of digital media, live streaming, or video production is valued.
Diligent, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
