Responsibilities
Process fund transfer requests for Credit Card Credit Limit from Telesales and Webgen channels
Process fee waiver requests from Credit Card Contact Center, Telesales, and Business Units
Process Cashlez data for Starbucks privilege of Credit Card product
Process installment conversion requests from Telesales, Webgen, and Merchant online/offline channels
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
Proficient in using various banking and financial systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Teamwork and collaboration skills
