Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the company's client base and revenue. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, creating tailored business strategies, delivering compelling sales presentations, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Support our client business (specialised in dismantling and in the distribution of helicopters spare parts).
Job Requirements
5 years of experience in sales
Bilingual in English and Indonesian
Knowledge of the aeronautics/helicopter environment is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasiveness, and relationship management skills
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnership building
Knowledge of sales planning, target setting, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively
Proven ability to work both independently and in collaboration with diverse teams
Have strong skill with IT tools (Microsoft suite, CRM, ERP).
Job Responsibilities
Working directly with Vice-president of Sales, you will have for mission to develop our client data base and prospect for new clients to develop our activity.
Represent company image and act as an ambassador of the company through all your actions.
Be responsible for a client portfolio and develop it, develop a trustful relationship with them.
Prospect in the region to acquire new clients and identify your targets as well as their decision-makers.
Negotiate with clients and suppliers to ensure the proper completion of your orders.
Be able to respond to all inquiries related to price and lead time.
Be in charge of your sales from the order to the delivery.
