RETAIL MANAGER (Working Location: Vanuatu) Food, lodging, and transportation will be provided by the company

JOB INTRODUCTION Retail Managers must possess strong store management of the staff and the daily retail store functions. To instill all round team spirit and at the same time ensure high staff discipline & excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage daily operation of the whole a chain of retail stores.

To track competitors’ pricing & feedback to the Management

To guide & train the supermarket staff and to be on the lookout for capable staff to train as supervisors of each section

To monitor closely products expiry date & to feedback for remedial action

Able to manage the purchases very well and keep it trim

Able to manage store inventory

Reporting to Management as required on various aspects relating to the retail outlets

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Good leadership qualities & lead by example

Good knowledge of the whole retail operation

Must be result and customer-oriented

Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
