Head of Marketing
who can build and execute our entire marketing function end-to-end.This is a
hands-on role โperfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, and who wants ownership of the overall marketing engine that brings in real, measurable results.
Role Summary
The
Head of Marketing
will lead and execute all marketing activities across online and offline channels. You will drive brand awareness, build and manage partnership pipelines, and most importantly, develop marketing strategies that convert into
high-quality leads
for our online platform. You must be comfortable
rolling up your sleeves
and directly handling campaign management, digital ads, content initiatives, analytics, and partnership execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Build a data-driven marketing roadmap for brand growth, acquisition, and retention. berlwhen
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Own and optimize digital acquisition channels including:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Email and marketing automation
Improve conversion funnels on the website and landing pages.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics; recommend actionable improvements.
Brand & Content Marketing
Strengthen KontrakHukum.comโs brand positioning in the legal service and tech ecosystem.
Oversee the creation of engaging, educational content (articles, social media, email campaigns).
Ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels.
Partnership & Business Development
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships (communities, SMEs, startups, ecosystems).
Develop co-marketing initiatives to broaden reach and generate leads.
Negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations with external partners.
Offline Marketing & Events
Plan and execute offline activities such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and community events.
Represent the company in external engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business needs.
Align marketing activities with product releases, new service lines, and customer insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, legal services, or startups.
Proven ability to run performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, funnels, and lead conversion tactics.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience managing partnerships and executing co-marketing collaborations.
Ability to work hands-on, independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Solid business acumen with data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Experience in early-stage or scaling tech companies.
Understanding of legal tech, business services, or professional services industries.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) are a plus.
Network in SME/startup/government ecosystems is a strong advantage.
