Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Sleman. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, creating proposals, and communicating effectively with clients to meet their accommodation and event needs.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development

Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients

Understanding of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development

Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
