Business Development Manager (Trade)

to strengthen our presence in Indonesia and build long-term partnerships with retailers, and trade partners. What You Will Do Identify, approach, and build relationships with retailers, and trade partners across Indonesia. Drive sales growth through B2B partnerships, wholesale channels, and dealer networks. Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for different regions within Indonesia. Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and consumer trends. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and trading agreements with partners. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align collections with partner needs. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback. Represent Indospace Group at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

What You Will Need Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or trade distribution (furniture, lifestyle, or related industries preferred). Strong existing network of retailers or trade buyers in Indonesia. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and deliver results under deadlines. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
