Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building impactful products and solving real business problems. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business Unit teams to develop and improve systems that support business growth.

Responsibilities Develop product roadmap based on business impact and priorities

Identify bottlenecks in growth and clinic operations

Conduct problem validation and impact analysis

Collaborate with the data team to drive insight-based decisions

Product Execution Create clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD)

Break down features into actionable product backlogs

Work closely with the tech team during sprint execution

Conduct UAT and ensure feature quality before release

Manage stakeholder expectations and product priorities

Data & Performance Monitoring Monitor key product performance metrics

Analyze feature performance and build product dashboards

Drive continuous improvement based on data insights

Requirements 3–6 years experience as a Product Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiar with API integrations, system architecture basics, and product workflows

Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL (basic), funnel analysis, cohort analysis, or A/B testing

Experience in Healthtech / Clinic / Hospital systems or ERP implementation is a plus

Strong communication skills and high ownership
