Job Purpose
The Senior Partnership Executive is responsible for executing partnership plans to support the company’s business objectives. This role focuses on expanding the Wi‑Fi partner network, fostering strong B2B relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential partners, analyzing partnership opportunities, managing post‑collaboration projects, and optimizing partnership performance. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to integrate partners effectively and enhance business growth.
Scope of Work
Searching, Building, and Expanding the Partner Network
Develop a B2B partner network expansion plan aligned with the company's strategies and directions.
Establish and strengthen business partnerships with B2B partners to integrate marketing solutions on their Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
Analyzing Needs, Consulting on Collaboration Strategies, and Implementation Planning
Research and analyze partner and customer needs to propose suitable collaboration models and strategies.
Provide consultation to partners regarding project implementation plans.
Managing Post‑Collaboration Projects & Supporting Product Development
Monitor and manage partnership projects in accordance with business plans, ensuring progress and quality.
Work closely with other departments, especially the System Integration and Advertising Operations teams, to ensure seamless partner integration.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing partnerships and recommend improvements if necessary.
Team Development
Support onboarding, training, and coaching of new team members to build capability and ensure effective collaboration.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Partnerships or Business Development within B2B environments, with familiarity and knowledge in the media and advertising space industry.
Industry Advantage:
Preferred candidates with experience in F&B Merchant Acquisition, Retail Store Operations, Entertainment & Lifestyle Venue, FMCG Sectors.
Other Skills:
Leadership Exposure: Experience working with C‑level executives and in large business environments.
Communication: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills, particularly with corporate clients.
Collaboration & Influence: Proficiency in presentation, consulting, and teamwork, with the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders.
Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to propose practical and strategic solutions.
Personal Qualities: hunter mentality, high energy, adaptability, and resilience; a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
Strong Business Acumen: Ability to develop compelling partnership proposals to multiple stakeholders in different sectors, high familiarity in reviewing business contracts and commercial agreements.
