Proficient in Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel, Google Sheet). Warehouse process basic knowledge. Have a strong working ethics and teamwork. Willingness to learn, enthusiastic and disciplined. Will be located at Warehouse. Responsibilities:

Process and record incoming customer returns accurately. Investigate and resolve any issues related to returned items. Work closely with the customer service team to handle returns inquiries. Help maintain accurate inventory records for returned products. Assist with general administrative tasks supporting the warehouse operations. Support physical handling and movement of returned goods.
