About the Role
You will be at the forefront of building
strategic partnerships
with
card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard across Europe, the Middle East, and other regions , enabling
off-ramp infrastructure , and delivering tailored card programs for Web3 clients.
What You Will Do
Identify, negotiate, and onboard off-ramp service providers, BIN sponsors, and
issuer partners (Visa, Mastercard, local schemes) , with a strong focus on
Europe, MiddleEast.
Lead the
full pre-issuance process : compliance due diligence, card program structuring, technical onboarding, and go-live approvals.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (compliance, legal, product, tech) and external stakeholders (banks, card schemes, off-ramp partners).
Monitor regulatory developments in card issuance, ensuring compliance in crossborder operations.
Prepare and manage documentation for scheme certifications, BIN applications, and risk assessments.
Partner with Web3 clients (CEXs, wallets, protocols) to design bespoke issuing solutions that meet market and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
Core Requirements
8+ years’ experience in
card issuing, fintech partnerships, or payment infrastructure.
Proven track record working with
off-ramp providers ,
BIN sponsors , or directly with
card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) .
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance frameworks for issuing programs.
Familiarity with Web3 and ability to engage with crypto-native clients.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Bonus: Experience in
European or LATAM issuing markets , multilingual proficiency
