National Sales Executive

With a people-first culture and continuous innovation, the company is expanding its commercial team in Indonesia. Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets. Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and food service companies. Identify new business opportunities within the food industry and lead initiatives to expand market penetration. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure effective execution of sales programs. Lead negotiations for trading terms, pricing, and joint business plans with key accounts. Ensure consistent brand presence and availability across national channels. Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business planning. Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within FMCG or food-related industries. Proven track record in managing national accounts or large-scale key clients. Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and food service ecosystems in Indonesia. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into sales strategies. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel nationwide as required. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
