负责门店的软/硬件和办公网络的维护与管理 Responsible for the maintenance and management of store software/hardware and office networks； 巡店实际检查问题 Conduct store visits to inspect and identify issues on-site； 定期给门店员工培训操作IT知识 Provide regular IT operational training to store employees； 汇总门店IT所遇到问题，反馈给总部 Compile IT issues encountered by stores and report them to headquarters； 协助门店新项目上线、推广、培训和跟进工作 Assist with the launch, promotion, training, and follow-up of new store projects； 负责IT运维的标准化和实现主动运维，提高IT服务质量和客户满意度 Responsible for standardizing IT operations and implementing proactive maintenance to enhance IT service quality and customer satisfaction； 负责店面系统的变更处理、节点控制及升级，对各项IT工作进行跟踪管控 Handle changes, control key points, and manage upgrades for store systems; track and control various IT tasks； 对日常运维数据进行多维度分析，及时发现问题并拿出改进方案 Conduct multi-dimensional analysis of daily operational data, promptly identify problems, and develop improvement plans； 负责新开店面信息化系统建设工作 Responsible for the construction of information systems for new store openings； 定期深入业务部门了解业务需求，收集并及时向总部反馈业务需求、疑难故障并跟踪解决 Regularly engage with business departments to understand their needs, collect and promptly feedback business requirements and problems to headquarters, and track resolutions； 按时、按质、按量完成领导交办的工作 Complete tasks assigned by leadership on time, with quality, and in full。 Qualifications

熟练使用办公软件，具备较强的中文表达及写作能力（同时懂英语或印尼语者优先），有IT运维经验优先 Proficient in office software; strong Chinese verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus). Prior IT operations experience is preferred； 热爱IT行业，工作认真负责，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力 Passionate about the IT industry, meticulous, responsible, able to handle significant work pressure； 较好的沟通和协作能力，极强的执行力，具备良好的服务意 Good communication and collaboration skills, strong execution ability, and a good service orientation； 本科及以上学历，计算机专业优先 Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field。
