Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Generalist

Experience Level: Minimum 3+ years

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive / HR Generalist

to manage end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and Indonesian labor compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and fluency in English. Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. Maintain and update employee records using HR systems such as

Talenta . Formulate, review, and update

job descriptions

aligned with organizational needs. Possess basic knowledge of

PPH 21

and support payroll-related processes. Manage employee registrations and administration for

BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan . Support

remuneration planning , salary structures, and compensation concepts. Performance Management Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring

KPIs

and performance evaluation systems. Support managers in performance review cycles and HR reporting. Legal & Compliance Support preparation and management of

employment contracts

and HR legal documentation. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws. Legal background is a

strong advantage

for handling company legal documentation and employment matters. Administration & Tools Utilize

Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and

Google Forms

for HR documentation, reporting, and surveys. Maintain accurate HR reports and documentation. Employee Engagement & Events Plan and manage internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Support company initiatives related to culture and employee well-being. Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Human Resources or a related role. Proven experience using

Talenta

or similar HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Basic knowledge of

PPH 21 , BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Experience in

remuneration planning

and compensation concepts. Experience in

KPI creation and performance monitoring . Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations. Legal background is a bonus , especially in employment contracts and company legal documentation. Proficient in

Google Workspace and Google Forms . Experience in

event management

or employee engagement activities. Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
