We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, changes in employee status, and other data updates Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee data management Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related payments Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing or HRIS system functionality Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HRIS systems to continually improve processes and systems Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive payroll information Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS systems management Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with experience in implementing and managing a new system Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk.
