Job Description: Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quotations, engaging with both warm and cold customers, and preparing for closures. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will collaborate with the installers team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities: • Generate accurate and timely quotations for potential clients. • Establish and maintain contact with warm and cold customers to foster relationships. • Prepare necessary documentation and information for closures. • Communicate effectively with the installers team to coordinate service delivery. • Assist the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties. • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Experience and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Familiarity with generating quotations and handling customer inquiries.

Preferred Skills: • Experience in dealing with both warm and cold customer leads. • Knowledge of the industry and related products/services. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
