As our team grows, we are looking for a
Human Resources Coordinator
to support our HR function and ensure that day-to-day people operations and employee experience activities are executed consistently and reliably.
About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for
coordinating HR operations and employee experience details
that support the full employee lifecycle.
This role focuses on
execution, follow-up, and consistency . You will work closely with our Workforce Operations Manager and Payroll & Compliance Finance Manager to ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.
This is
not
a strategic HR role and
not
a payroll or compliance position.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Internal Communications
Prepare and share
new hire announcements
Track and coordinate
work anniversaries and employee milestones
Organize
welcome kits, gifts, and internal celebrations
Support
offboarding and farewell activities
Assist with people-related internal communications
HR Operations Coordination
Maintain the
HR calendar
(anniversaries, events, key dates)
Support
onboarding and offboarding checklists
Coordinate HR documentation and ensure timely completion
Follow up on outstanding HR tasks and paperwork
Maintain organized HR records and files
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Workforce Operations Manager
Payroll & Compliance Finance Manager
Track HR-related tasks and ensure follow-through
Flag gaps or delays in people operations
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HR, HR operations, HR administration, or a similar coordination role
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable working in a
fully English-speaking environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Able to work
full-time, on-site
in Bandung
Nice to Have
Experience in a technology or startup environment
Familiarity with HR tools or internal systems
Experience supporting onboarding, events, or internal programs
What Success Looks Like
HR processes run smoothly and on time
Employee experience activities are consistent and well executed
Onboarding and offboarding are organized and complete
HR leaders are freed up to focus on higher-impact work
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month (gross), depending on experience
Full-time, on-site role in Bandung
Stable, long-term position with growth opportunity
