GX Leader , you will spearhead the growth and execution of our Group Exercise programs across all clubs. This role involves strategic planning, instructor management, and program development to ensure that FIT HUB’s Group Exercise offerings are of the highest quality and align with member needs. You will also serve as a leader and mentor to instructors, driving performance and engagement. Job Description Class Performance Evaluation: Monitor class attendance rates (AWK), analyze performance metrics, and optimize class schedules across clubs. Instructor Management: Manage and oversee instructor auditions, onboarding, and periodic evaluations (full-time and freelance). Regularly review performance and maintain a scoreboard for tracking. Schedule Optimization: Develop and adapt GX (Group Exercise) timetables to align with class demand and instructor availability.

Requirements Job Requirements: 1-2 years of working experience Min 2 years of experience as a Group Class Instructor Willing to work in an office-based setting Proficiency in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
