ATTA Studio is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee residential and commercial build projects in Bali. This role requires strong technical knowledge, disciplined site control, and proven leadership experience. You will be responsible for execution on site, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full on-site construction operations from start to handover Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers daily Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and structural standards Manage timelines, sequencing, and site productivity Oversee quality control and workmanship standards Coordinate procurement follow-ups and material deliveries Monitor costs and flag risks before they impact budget or schedule Enforce safety standards and site discipline Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Requirements

Engineering background (Civil Engineering preferred) Minimum 5+ years of construction site management experience Proven experience leading both residential and commercial projects Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating teams on site Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability to operate independently and make firm decisions under pressure Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred Ideal Candidate
