We are a premium artisan-crafted bags and accessories brand, committed to craftsmanship, sustainability, and measurable impact. We are seeking a hands‑on Boutique Manager to lead daily boutique operations, drive sales performance beyond targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
This is a frontline leadership position with full accountability for store performance. You will manage the boutique end‑to‑end, lead the retail team, and ensure sales targets, operational standards, and brand values are consistently achieved. The role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with disciplined operational execution and responsible retail practices.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management & Sales
Lead daily boutique operations with full ownership of revenue performance
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Drive conversion, upselling, and clienteling initiatives
Monitor sell‑through rates, stock levels, and replenishment planning
Prepare structured weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Supervise, train, and motivate boutique staff
Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Manage task allocation
Maintain high standards of service, grooming, and professionalism
Conduct ongoing product and brand training
Customer Experience
Deliver a premium, personalized in‑store experience
Build long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat purchases
Professionally manage customer feedback and service recovery
Operations & Inventory
Conduct regular stock‑takes and ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand standards
Coordinate with operations and accounting for reporting and documentation
Impact & Ethical Standards
Communicate sustainability values and product transparency to customers
Ensure ethical, transparent, and accountable store operations
Requirements
Min 5 years of retail fashion boutique management experience (luxury or premium segment preferred)
Strong, proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Commercially driven with the ability to lead a team to outperform goals
Confident in upselling, clienteling, and sales conversion strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, sell‑through rates, and inventory performance
Hands‑on experience in POS management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and Shopify (ordering and inventory management)
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, experienced in serving diverse local and international clientele
Highly organized, accountable, and results‑oriented
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Genuine interest in sustainability, craftsmanship, and purpose‑led brands
