Senior Apparel Designer

who can turn our world-class cotton and cotton-blend fabrics into innovative, market-ready collections.

This is not just a “sketching” job. You will be the bridge between our high-capacity fabric mill and the global design offices of global sports apparel brands. Your mission is to prove that “Basics” can be “Innovative.”

Key Responsibilities Seasonal Collection Design:

Create 2–4 “Proactive Collections” per year based on our core strengths in fleece, jersey, and cotton-blend knits.

Fabric-First Innovation:

Work directly with our knitting and dyeing teams to develop new textures and structures based on existing machine capabilities.

Technical Excellence:

Develop comprehensive, production-ready

Tech Packs

(BOM, measurement charts, construction details) that meet global export standards.

Client Presentation:

Prepare design proposals and digital mock-ups to be presented to global category managers. You will justify design choices based on trend, cost, and manufacturability.

DFM (Design for Manufacturing):

Optimize designs to ensure they are aesthetically “premium” while maintaining high efficiency (SMV) on the sewing lines.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

5–10 years in apparel design, ideally within

Knits/Activewear . Experience in an export-oriented factory environment is ideal.

Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong understanding of garment construction, stitching, and knit fabrics.

The “Factory Mindset”:

You enjoy being on the factory floor. You view machine constraints as a creative challenge, not a limitation.

Communication:

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and

professionally proficient in English

(written and verbal) for communication with global brand counterparts.

Education:

Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
