Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Sales Engineer (Test and Measurement). The Sales Engineer will engage directly with clients to promote and sell testing and measurement instruments, provide technical support, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and conducting product demonstrations. Additionally, the Sales Engineer may participate in seminars or training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and solidify EMS Technology's presence in the industry.

Qualifications

Sales and Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to identify customer requirements and meet sales goals

Technical expertise for providing product-based solutions and conducting technical support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams

Customer service experience to deliver excellent support and maintain long-term relationships

Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in using modern tools for digital presentations and sales activities

Experience in the testing and measurement industry is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
