Reservation Agent (DW) Qualifications

Female, max 28 years old

Height min 185cm with standard weight

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality management

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language

Good communication and customer contact skills

Results and service oriented with on eye for details

Ability to multitask, work well in stressful & high pressure situations

A motivator & self-starter

Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

Ability to speak other language and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
