Finance Accounting Manager

Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes. Prepare detailed balance sheets and ensure accuracy. Clean up and reconcile all balance sheet accounts. Review and verify daily transactions for compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards. Utilize technical expertise in accounting software and enterprise systems, particularly SAP. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Maintain and manage fixed assets. Develop and oversee financial budgets and forecasts. Prepare and monitor budgets effectively. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Establish and maintain proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Manage and forecast cash flows. Build and maintain relationships with banking partners. Collaborate with business units to ensure effective financial planning. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of core tax regulations. Prepare tax reconciliations and equalizations. Handle CITR, monthly tax reports, and other tax filings. Liaise with tax auditors and ensure compliance. Stay updated on tax regulations, international tax standards, and transfer pricing documentation. Minimize tax risks and penalties. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Public Accounting. Minimum 5 years of experience as a FAT Manager and over 10 years of overall professional experience. Certified in Brevet A, B, and C. Holds CPA certification or has experience working in accounting firm is preferred. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Experience in trading companies and multinational corporations is required. Familiarity with SAP and other accounting systems. Strong leadership and communication skills; adaptable and willing to travel internationally. Excellent interpersonal skills and sound decision-making ability.
