Accounting Manager

Audy Dental has been serving patients in Indonesia for more than 16 years with 60+ branch clinics in Jabodetabeka, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Bali. Audy Dental serves more than 30.000 patients every month. Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting, taxation, inventory control, and financial reporting functions. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of periodic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with PSAK/IFRS. Conduct financial performance analysis by clinic, business unit, or service to support strategic decision-making. Manage corporate tax compliance, including the review and reporting of PPN, PPh, and Corporate Income Tax. Develop tax planning strategies for efficiency and coordinate with external tax consultants. Optimize the use of ERP systems and evaluate accounting workflows (procure-to-pay, record-to-report) to improve process efficiency. Oversee inventory control for medical supplies and medicines, including physical-to-system reconciliation and COGS analysis. Formulate the annual company budget and monitor realization versus budget throughout the year. Manage General Ledger (GL) activities, including chart of accounts maintenance and reconciliation of bank, AR, and AP accounts. Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching, counseling, and career growth planning. Maintain professional relationships with internal departments and external authorities, such as tax officials. Job Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance. At least 8 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supervisor or Managerial level position. Mandatory certification in Brevet A & B. Proven experience in implementing or operating Odoo or other ERP systems is highly preferred. Prior experience working within the healthcare industry is an advantage. Strong technical skills in financial management accounting, internal audit, and financial control. Experienced in building system or SOP from scratch
