What You Will Do
Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
Maintain good rapport and expand opportunities with existing clients and partners.
Identify relevant client needs, prioritize initiatives, and execute a clear plan of action for success.
Follow through the preโ and postโsales activities.
Build new relationships with partners (software agencies, etc.).
Conduct partner briefing sessions and prepare sales materials for partners.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit.
Minimum 3 years working experience as a BD Manager in a SaaS company, IT System Integrator, or similar field.
Technical understanding regarding software implementation and basic tech knowledge of realโtime communication technologies.
Experience in IT System Integration, consulting, or a principal role is preferred.
Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management.
Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points remotely or physically as necessary.
Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, online or offline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
