Performance Marketing Specialist

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive sales, leads, and business growth. This role focuses on campaign strategy, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to ensure advertising budgets generate the best possible results.

Job Description Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms.

Develop campaign strategies including budget allocation, audience targeting, funnel planning, and creative angles.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and revenue.

Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures to improve performance.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to provide data-driven insights and creative recommendations.

Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports, including insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.

Manage tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM tracking.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

At least 4 years of experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Ads Specialist.

Meta Ads Manager

TikTok Ads Manager

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting).

Able to analyze advertising metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.

Familiar with tracking and attribution tools such as Pixel, GTM, GA4, and UTM.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets for campaign monitoring and data analysis.
