Solution Architect – Data Spaces – Data Spaces Architecture – Interoperability & Federated ecosystems – IDSA-RAM, Gaia-X – Public Sector

Long term fully remote B2B Contract / freelance opportunity for a Data Spaces Solution Architect to join my leading client in the Public sector on their Pan-European Transformation programme. Our client is supporting the development of a new open-source middleware platform enabling shared data between all EU member states.

The role of the Solution Architect will be to provide advisory Support from requirement definition to Architecture blueprint, and then to implementation, specifically in the Data Spaces domain. You act as a key advisor to this program for Data Spaces Architecture enabling interoperability across multiple Technical domains.

To be successful in this role we’re seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect that has previous experience in the Data Spaces domain, working with Data Spaces Architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience with: IDSA-RAM, Gaia-X principles, Data connectors, federated Governance and interoperability models. In addition to this, a background in Microservices, API’s, REST, OpenAPI would be beneficial, as well as experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

Any certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Security (CISSP, CISM, CSSP) would be advantageous but not essential, and previous experience working in the Public sector / Government industry would also be highly advantageous.
