Job Descriptions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment, training, or coaching roles is highly desirable.
Experience in a commercial or sales environment is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
Strong communication skills.
Target-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
Oversee the sales manpower plan to ensure it aligns with the needs of regional and branch teams.
Facilitate onboarding process for new sales team members, providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to prepare them for roles in branch or regional offices.
Track and verify attendance records for the regional and branch teams.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial & Marketing Coordinator to synchronize commercial strategies, recruitment plans, and training programs.
Partner with Branch Managers (BM) and Area Commercial Managers (ACM) to assess the performance of the EA and STAR teams.
