About The Role We are SmartCyber, a member of Cybertrend, a leading data science consulting firm in Indonesia. At CYBERTREND we believe every company can unlock its full execution capacity – and we need a Technical Support Specialist to help our growing sales team achieve its revenue goals. You will translate customer business challenges into data solutions, support sales with demos, proofs of concept, and executive presentations, and help sell into new prospects and upsell existing customers.

We Are Looking For Someone With

Minimal Diploma’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position or handling Linux and Windows operating system support.

Solid understanding of Linux system administration (CentOS / Ubuntu / Redhat).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.

Passion in Business Intelligence.

The Work You’ll Do

Tableau Server installation on Linux and Windows Server.

Monitor & troubleshoot system servers in a timely manner.

Handle problems on Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop or other Business Intelligence applications.

Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate troubleshooting.

Do regular health checks and perform log analysis.

Keep up-to-date with technology in business intelligence applications.
