Responsibilities In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

Join the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Health Team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data‑driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.

Assist in coordinating with pharmacists to update the master product list and ensure valid pharmacy/store licenses.

Support monthly tracking of top‑selling e‑pharmacy products and prescription uploads.

Help track weekly performance metrics for key programs (SFP, VXP, BCP).

Assist in monitoring Shop Tab and campaign performance, and compiling reports.

Maintain and update basic trackers (e.g., violation logs, product groupings).

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills

Proficient in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets

Interested in health, pharmacy, or e‑commerce operations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship experience at other e‑commerce companies

Currently in the final semester of university
